User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our platform. Valens Capital will never recommend or assist in providing false information to any lender. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any applications you choose to submit.

Credit Information

Credit reports uploaded to our platform are stored securely and used exclusively for analysis purposes. We do not pull your credit report directly. You are responsible for obtaining and uploading your own credit report through your preferred monitoring provider.
